PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Seattle Parks and Recreation is proposing to replace the existing wood floats and pilings with a new floating dock system and pilings. All in-water work will be done during the allowable work windows as permitted by the Washington State Department of Fish & Wildlife and the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
DECISION
The Seattle Department of Parks and Recreation hereby issues a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS).
CONDITIONS: No conditions are being imposed.

HEARING EXAMINER APPEALS
Both the DNS and the decision not to impose conditions are appealable to the City Hearing Examiner. Appeals must be filed by November 15, 2018 and be accompanied by an $85 filing fee. The appeal must be in writing.
