To view all inspections on this permit, click the Reports link in the upper right, next to the Login button. It displays all inspections submitted into our system by the end of the previous day.

Common Inspection Tips:

  • To schedule a Pre-Construction Conference or Grading Season meeting, please call (206) 684-8860 between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
  • To schedule a Land Use/Design Review inspection, please email the assigned Land Use Planner at least one week before the desired inspection date. Their information is displayed on the construction permit face.
  • For Side Sewer permits, Sanitary Final and Drainage Final inspections cannot be scheduled online. Please schedule a Sanitary Cover or Drainage Cover for all side sewer inspection needs.
  • If you are having any other issues scheduling an inspection, please call our Customer Service line at (206) 684-8950 between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

10/04/2018 Rat Abatement Plan As of January 1, 2017, SBC 3303.15 requires rat eradication prior to the issuance of any demolition permit. Please provide a completed Rat Eradication Declaration form (http://www.seattle.gov/dpd/cs/groups/pan/@pan/documents/web_informational/p2617986.pdf) and the required abatement plan from a licensed pest eradication company. You can find licensed pest control operators at the Washington State Department of Agriculture’s website (http://agr.wa.gov/PestFert/LicensingEd/lists/ - Search for commercial applicators with a CA endorsement of PCO General within King County). Additional information about this requirement is available on our website at www.seattle.gov/sdci. Please upload the completed form and letter to your portal and email a copy to sci_plans_routing@seattle.gov. • If your project applies you need to: • Identify the site • Describe the rat abatement steps that will be taken • Show a start date for the abatement at least 15 days before the start of demolition or the start of clearing and grading activity • Fill out the rat abatement declaration form located at seattle.gov/sdci • Indicate that rat abatement will continue at least until demolition begins
10/04/2018 Salvage Assessment INTAKE (Waste Diversion instead of Salvage Assessment)- Your intake has been approved and fees will be posted to your Project Portal. Although a Waste Diversion Plan has been submitted, a Salvage Assessment (formerly Waste Diversion Plan) is now required prior to permit issuance. Please upload a completed form on your portal or e-mail to sci_plans_routing@seattle.gov. If needed, the link to the Salvage Assessment form is http://www.seattle.gov/dpd/cs/groups/pan/@pan/documents/web_informational/p2606697.pdf. For technical questions on how to complete the Salvage Assessment, please contact Seattle Public Utilities at wastediversionreport@seattle.gov.
